I still remember the first time I tasted the cookie that would become Doccé. The moment I bit into one, I was startled—crunchy, sweet, bold, and unlike anything I had ever tried. Was it love? Was it rebellion? All I knew was that I kept reaching for another. And another. Until suddenly, it was clear: I wasn’t just tasting a cookie. At the time, I was a tech project manager living in spreadsheets and systems. But that bite changed everything. I dove headfirst into a crash course in food, learning sourcing, packaging, regulations, and logistics. It wasn’t always glamorous: tariffs, budgets, and production challenges tested my resolve.
