Important: Doccé cookies are manufactured in Greece and imported into the United States.

Certain products may be available exclusively online. Quantities may be limited.

We may cancel or refuse any order placed, including due to typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or product unavailability.

We use Shopify for payment processing. By purchasing through our Site, you agree to Shopify’s terms and conditions, in addition to ours.

We disclaim liability for any error, delay, or failure caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors and carriers.

Section 10 – Food Safety and Allergen Disclaimer

Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, soy, nuts, dairy, and other allergens. By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Doccé and Dotta Foods LLC shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, health conditions, or related consequences.

Nutritional and ingredient information provided on the Site is for informational purposes only and may not always be error-free.

Section 11 – Electronic Communications

By using our Site or providing your email, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes transactional emails (order confirmations, updates) and promotional communications (newsletters, offers, and marketing).

Section 22 – Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree first to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation/arbitration. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of California.

You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising out of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dotta Foods LLC regarding your use of the Site.
